Manila, Philippines — The League of Corporate Foundations (LCF) recognized outstanding corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives during its 2025 CSR Conference and Expo, conferring the Guild Awards and Medal of Recognition to organizations driving meaningful impact across communities.

MANILA, Philippines — June 2025 — Over 445,000 teachers across the country tuned in to a two-day online training hosted by the Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI) in partnership with City Savings Bank, focused on strengthening foundational literacy and numeracy instruction for early grade learners.

In line with the celebration of Philippine Environment Month, the Lopez Envi Festival officially kicked off last Tuesday, June 3, at the Rockwell Business Center Tower 3, Pasig City. The event brought together various employees and stakeholders from Lopez Group companies and foundations to discuss initiatives in combating plastic pollution, confronting climate change, and safeguarding biodiversity.

Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI) successfully concluded its "WATCH.LEARN.TEACH. With Knowledge Channel: An Online Training Series for Teachers on Break" with a final session dedicated to mathematics. The series, held in partnership with City Savings Bank, was live-streamed and viewed by 240,000 participants on Knowledge Channel’s Facebook page on May 30, 2025.

PASIG CITY, Philippines – On May 29 at Rockwell Business Center Ortigas, the League of Corporate Foundations (LCF) Education Committee held its Quarter 2 session, making Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI) in education the central focus. The blended meeting, hosted by Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc., brought together experts to discuss how to best support basic education teachers and Child Development Teachers/Workers (CDT/W). 

Amidst the sweltering heat of the Pantropiko summer break, ‘MINI Blooms’ from all over the country gathered at the first-ever MINIverse Fan Meet, an exclusive party for young BINI fans aged 3 to 12, on April 27 at One Ayala Space, Makati.  And it wasn’t only BINI that made the day for the MINI Blooms, but Knowledge Channel as well with its booth of fun activities topped by a “BINIfied” Knowledge-On-The-Go game.

In its 25th year this 2024, the Knowledge Channel Foundation Inc. (KCFI) strived to make quality education accessible to children. It donated and turned over Knowledge Channel TV Packages (KC TV), Knowledge Channel Portable Media Library (KCPML), and school supplies to 121 schools nationwide. KCFI organized training for educators and produced numerous educational lessons to make learning fun and engaging. Through its partnerships, it ignited hope and honed more of children’s basic skills in financial literacy and hygiene.
