Lopez Group to Spotlight “Doing Good the Lopez Way” and Rally for Inclusion with “Kasama All!” at the 2025 LCF CSR Expo 

July 3, 2025 – Makati City — The Lopez Group of Companies made a powerful statement at the LCF CSR Expo 2025, held from July 1 to 2 at the Glorietta Activity Center in Makati City. With the theme “Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity for Shared Prosperity,” the event spotlighted how corporate social responsibility (CSR) can drive meaningful change through inclusion and collaboration. Rallying under the banner “Kasama All!”, the Lopez Group showcased how its companies are transforming communities by doing business with purpose—embodying their philosophy of “Doing Good the Lopez Way.”

“Doing Good the Lopez Way” in Action: Lopez Group Companies at the Expo 

  • ABS-CBN Foundation, Inc. (AFI) – Through its transformative programs like Bantay Bata, Bantay Kalikasan, Sagip Kapamilya, Programa Genio, and GaLing Pamayanan, AFI continues to empower Filipinos by addressing urgent social and environmental challenges. 

  • Ang Misyon Inc. (AMI) – This social initiative empowers underprivileged youth through music education and orchestral training, showing how access to the arts can be a life-changing opportunity.

FPI weaves social responsibility into its core operations through value-driven programs that promote care, inclusivity, and community engagement. FPI fosters a culture where people and purpose thrive, extending its impact across the workforce, partners, and surrounding communities. 

  • First Philippine Industrial Park (FPIP) – Committed to responsible industrialization, FPIP fosters inclusive economic growth through eco-friendly practices and community integration in its industrial estates. 

  • Knowledge Channel Foundation, Inc. (KCFI) – A pioneer in educational media, KCFI delivers curriculum-based content and interactive learning to millions of Filipino students, teachers, and families. The foundation works to bridge learning gaps through inclusive and accessible media solutions that make quality education possible for all. 

  • Lopez Group Foundation, Inc. (LGFI) – Serving as the hub for the group’s collective CSR efforts, LGFI facilitates inter-company collaboration and drives programs in education, health, livelihood, and disaster response—all aimed at inclusive, people-centered development. 

  • Mt. Apo Foundation, Inc. – Working in the communities surrounding Mt. Apo, the foundation supports Indigenous Peoples and biodiversity conservation while promoting sustainable development in Mindanao.

  • Sikat Solar Challenge Foundation, Inc. - the foundation’s vision is to uplift the lives of off-grid rural communities, currently the Mangyans in Mindoro and Dumagats in Rizal through the use of renewable energy. 

One of the Expo highlights was Knowledge Channel Foundation’s (KCFI) interactive stage program, “Knowledge On The Go: DEI Edition,” held on July 1. Hosted by Marlo Mortel, the session blended games, storytelling, and live learning to engage audiences of all ages in meaningful conversations about diversity, equity, and inclusion.

On July 2, the Oscar M. Lopez Center (OMLC) led a session titled “From Misconceptions to Meaningful Inclusion,” co-hosted with Deaf leader Carolyn Dagani. The talk explored the importance of co-producing with the Deaf community through their Project SIGND initiative, advocating for more inclusive climate action.

Visitors also explored the Lopez Group Booth, which featured immersive CSR exhibits, networking opportunities, and information booths. By uniting their efforts under “Kasama All!”, the Lopez Group not only celebrated its legacy of social good but also invited every Filipino to join in building an inclusive, empowered, and sustainable future.
